Dwarf, prostrate willow with rounded, veined leaves.
A superb little willow for the rock garden and truly dwarf. It will barely grow higher than 5cm (2") and will hug the ground or mould itself over a rock. The rounded, matt grey-green leaves have a distinctive network of veins, giving the plant its name. Little reddish catkins in spring are almost a bonus.
Very slow-growing so also suitable in a stone sink or trough.
