An excellent foliage plant. Stunning silver leaves, delicately cut, on low, spreading mounds. Easily grown in a spot with well-drained soil where it can put its strong roots down and then becomes very drought tolerant.
Dies back in autumn but even the dead grey leaves are a feature and protect the buds for it to regrow in spring. Flowers are yellow but insignificant - this plant doesn't need flowers to look good. About 15 cm (6") high by 45cm (18") across.
