Fresh green mats covered with long spikes of bright blue flowers in early summer. A lovely and very popular carpeting plant, lovely spreading over a wall etc. Not too fussy about soil but likes some sunshine. About 15cm (6") high at most. Can be reduced back to a central clump after flowering for neatness, if desired.
Like many of these low-growing Veronica, it seldom looks its best in a little pot. Once planted, they soon fill out.
