New introduction, 2012. We discovered this growing among a clump of Veronica prostrata 'Nana' and instantly recognised its worth. Whether it is a 'sport' of 'Nana' (a random mutation) or a seedling with 'Nana' as a parent (more likely), we can't tell, but its a lovely wee plant.
The flowers are darker pink than 'Mrs Holt', 'Rosea' or 'Lilac Time' and carried on short, stubby spikes. The leaves and habit are also small and compact - not as tight as 'Nana' but very neat.
