'Ralph Haywood' grows as a semi-evergreen mound of narrow leaves. The plants are usually covered in flowers - large heads of blue in late spring, each petal having a distinctive deep notch.  About 15cm (6") high. 

Seldom seen or offered for sale but easy to grow in a sunny or lightly shaded site. An excellent plant for tumbling over a wall edge.
