A small cobweb type making neat cushions of small, heavily spun rosettes. Ideal for in a stone trough or in a crevice between stones. Pretty, pale pink flowers once established. Not commonly seen in the UK.
'Splitt' translates as 'grit' - perhaps from the small rosettes?
