Blue Bird

Said to be the bluest of all the blue varieties, this certainly makes a strong impression. Large rosettes with fat, broad leaves. 

Like many of these 'special' plants, this one has a common fault - it doesn't produce many offsets, only adding to its desirablity even after 30 years since its introduction.
